According to the GDPR - "General Data Protection Regulation" [Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament - E.Klonaris & SIA OE ("Oasis") company would like to inform you that:
- 1) The company has every right to contact the customer for his purchase by email, as well as to pass the necessary contact information to third parties (transportation company - courier) for the realization of the contract (sale).
- 2) The personal data that are stored for the processing of the order are the following: Name/Surname, Home Address, Telephone number, email.
- 3) The IP address with which you made your purchase, is stored for security reasons.
- 4) You reserve the right to request by email the deletion of your account and of all your personal data. Additionally, you can request the processing of your data, or you can change your data yourself via your account in our eshop, provided you have created an account.
- 5) You agree to the exportation of all your personal data, as well as of all the orders you have placed on our site, to csv file.

E.Klonaris & SIA OE has made every possible effort to portray as accurately as possible all the products available by photo view, descriptions and more specific comments. However, this website may contain errors (typographical, numerical and visual). E.Klonaris & SIA OE, does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the illustrations and the descriptions, or the reliability of any advice, opinion, statement or other information that is mentioned or is available on this Website.
4. Modification of termsE.Klonaris & SIA OE reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions and undertakes the obligation to update this text for any change or addition to the terms.
5. Product photos
All the product photos may have color differences. Photos of our handmade products may have slight color and pattern differences.
6. Pricing Policy
The prices of the products that are listed in our online shop are the final ones (including the legal VAT), they are determined by our company and they are competitive among the market prices. Our online shop has the right to change prices without any earlier notice. The customer of course, pays the amount stated in his order and regardless if the price has been changed up to the date of the delivery.
7. Applicable Law
All the transactions you make through oasisdiakosmisi.gr are governed by the International and European law, regulating issues related to electronic commerce (Directive 2000/31 / EC, Presidential Decree 131/2003) as well as the Law on Consumer Protection (N. 2251/1994) regulating issues related to distance selling.
8. Product Delivery
The delivery of the products is done exclusively by the cooperating companies (transportation company - courier) with E.Klonaris & SIA OE and is always done on the sidewalk. The delivery time of the orders is between 9:00-17:00. Please do not put a specific delivery time because the transportation company will communicate with you by telephone in order to arrange the delivery time.
ATTENTION: The delivery time of the order is 3-10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays).
Delivery time starts from the next working day from the date of payment of the order.
9. Return - Product Replacement - Order Cancellation The products supplied by the online shop www.oasisdiakosmisi.gr of E.Klonaris & SIA OE, can be returned and you may request their replacement in cases (1,2) in which
- 1) With proven fault of E.Klonaris & SIA OE, wrong products were sold to you or
- 2) Products of poor and defective quality (in order to determine the poor and defective quality of the products and to proceed to replacement of the products, the customer is obliged to send us photos in digital format at firstname.lastname@example.org)
Also, we do not accept the return of products that have been modified / washed / used and that are not returned in their standard packaging along with all purchase documents. Transportation, assembly and other additional services are non-refundable.
E.Klonaris & SIA OE. is not responsible towards the users, for any damages that may arise from the execution or non-execution of their order once the products of the order have been delivered to the transportation company, for delivery to the user. If such an issue may arise, please contact us in order to indicate you the contact details of the transportation company. In this case, we will assist you dealing with the courier-transport company to the best of our ability. Upon receipt of the products the customer has the obligation to check the product.
In case of the return of products, which have been received by transportation company or courier, they must be returned to our headquarters in the same way, even in case of a defective product (the transportation fees are covered by the customer, unless we are liable for the damaged product or unless the client declares the damage to the courier or transport company employee upon receipt of the product).
In any case and for all the above cases (1,2) the maximum return period for replacement cannot be extended beyond seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt. In addition, for all the above cases (1,2) the product to be replaced-repaired must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase - receipt. For all the above cases (1,2) the products to be replaced-repaired must be in the condition that they were received by the customer, completely unused (as new) and without any damage and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product in excellent condition, along with all the documents that accompanied the product (eg Delivery note, Invoice, etc.).
Before each return you need to contact us at email@example.com via e-mail.
In any case, the return and replacement of a product is possible under the following conditions:
- - You have to contact us the same or the next working day
- - The product has not been used
- - The product is accompanied by all the necessary documents, proving the transaction (eg Delivery note, Invoice, etc.)
- In case the product shows any manufacturing defect, we replace it immediately free of charge. Excluded in this provision are products covered by third party warranties such as the product’s manufacturer or their representative. In addition in case customer returns the products by non-cooperating with the company transportation company/ courier then the transportation cost are covered by the customer (even in case of a defective product).
- In case we sent you wrong item, we send you the right one and we undertake the transportation cost of the wrong product.
In case that the good is not suitable for you, you are able to change it within 7 days (with its complete packaging). The customer will cover the transporting cost of the product.
In case the goods have not been returned within 7 days then E.Klonaris & SIA OE may not accept any return and replacement.
Product that has been sold with an extra gift should be returned with the extra gift too.
In case of repeated returns or in case E.Klonaris & SIA OE in its sole discretion, considers that the consumer abuses the right of return or acts in bad faith is entitled to refuse the return of the product even if the above terms and conditions are satisfied.
In case the customer refuses to receive the parcel/s, then the company E.Klonaris & SIA OE has the right to return only the value of the product. In any case the customer covers the transportation cost. Prerequisite is to have preceded by telephone communication with the respective store where the purchase took place.
In the above cases of products to be returned that you purchased from our online store, you must notify us immediately in writing by e-mail or by phone at the store where the purchase took place, with subject "Order Return Application" stating date / document number / name / surname of purchase within the above deadline. Provided that you will receive written return approval from E.Klonaris & SIA, the address where the goods should be returned must be the corresponding address of the respective store from where the purchase was made WITH THE INDICATION "ORDER RETURN APPLICATION".
In order to avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the goods and their packaging intact, in order to identify any obvious defects (such as broken goods, etc.). In case you find a defect you should contact our online store immediately after the delivery, within the same day through the contact form that you will find on our website or by email & by phone at the store where the purchase took place. The return policy of E.Klonaris & SIA OE does not cover defective products, which are covered by their respective warranties.
The order can be canceled in the following cases: before the order is completed, during the electronic order process you can select “back” and remove the quantities of products from your cart by clicking on the "remove" button. An order can be canceled within 24 hours of receipt and only if the product has not been shipped before.
