But in case you want to return one of our products, you can do so within 7 days from delivery date, following these steps.

- Contact us by email titled "Product Return" at our email: oasisgreece@gmail.com.
- Send us the product within 7 days from delivery date at the address: Oasis, Papgou Avenue 20 Zografou Athens 15771.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

In case the product is delivered to you defected, you can also return it following the steps described in our Terms of Use.
